Job summary

A leading fintech company in Singapore is seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist to manage daily settlement and reconciliation processes for both fiat and digital assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in treasury operations and a strong background in fintech or blockchain. You will be responsible for ensuring timely payment processing, monitoring cash flow, and collaborating across teams to support merchant onboarding and transaction monitoring.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily settlement and reconciliation processes for both fiat and digital asset (stablecoin) transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, remittances, and wallet fund transfers across various partners, blockchains, and banking networks.
• Monitor multi-currency cash flow positions and execute liquidity management across Web2 banking partners and Web3 custodial/non-custodial wallets.
• Work closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to support merchant onboarding, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Liaise with banks, payment providers, blockchain custodians, and other financial institutions to ensure smooth fund settlement and alignment with regulatory frameworks.
• Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies, failed transactions, or fraud-related issues promptly.
• Prepare regular treasury and settlement reports for management and key internal stakeholders.
• Assist in month-end closing processes and audit-related requirements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities in treasury and settlement workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, payment settlement, or fund management.
• Prior experience in fintech, blockchain, crypto payments, or e-commerce companies is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with blockchain transactions, wallet operations, stablecoins, and digital asset payments is a major advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-border and tech-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
