Job description

Responsibilities

• Improve the global fund management structure and implementation details, establish standardized internal control processes, and ensure compliant and efficient fund operations.
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the group's fund plan, comprehensively monitor the inflow and outflow of funds, promptly identify risks and provide solutions.
• Calculate and analyze the cost and efficiency of funds, develop and implement improvement plans, reduce comprehensive fund costs, and enhance fund benefits.
• Plan and optimize the domestic and international fund circulation system, use financial instruments to improve fund usage efficiency, and ensure compliant and efficient cross‑border fund flow.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, finance, or economics, with professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA preferred.
• Over 8 years of fund management experience, including more than 3 years of global fund management experience, with multinational company work experience preferred.
• Proficient in global fund management, foreign exchange risk management, cross‑border fund pooling operations, and international financial regulations, with excellent data analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language, and possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
