Job Description:
Assist with bank account opening/closing applications for clients
Attend to client / bank queries regarding applications submitted
Prepare payments and online banking transactions
Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (eg. Form IR8A)
Issuing of monthly invoices to clients
Filing, scanning, archiving of accounting documents
Sending documents by post/courier or visiting clients for collection of documents
Maintaining storage records of documents
Providing ad hoc general department administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Diploma in Accounting/Finance
At least 3 years of working experience, working independently in an administrative capacity
Banking experience is an added advantage
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
Self-motivated and serious work attitude
Detailed and customer-service oriented
