Job description

Job Description:

  • Assist with bank account opening/closing applications for clients

  • Attend to client / bank queries regarding applications submitted

  • Prepare payments and online banking transactions

  • Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (eg. Form IR8A)

  • Issuing of monthly invoices to clients

  • Filing, scanning, archiving of accounting documents

  • Sending documents by post/courier or visiting clients for collection of documents

  • Maintaining storage records of documents

  • Providing ad hoc general department administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma in Accounting/Finance

  • At least 3 years of working experience, working independently in an administrative capacity

  • Banking experience is an added advantage

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

  • Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment

  • Self-motivated and serious work attitude

  • Detailed and customer-service oriented
