Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to enquiries from customers

• Provide post-booking support to clients in line with company SOPs

• Oversee all operational aspects of tours in accordance with internal processes

• Conduct post-trip follow-ups with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum a Nitec in Engineering field, preferably M&E/E&E.
