Travel Specialist

Work Location: Central

• 5 Day Work Week , Mon (WFH) ( Mon - Fri , 9am to 6pm)
• Basic up to $4000 + Commissions + VB +AWS

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all enquiries from various channels with the objective of securing bookings.
• Provide excellent post-booking client service in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee all aspects of tour operations in alignment with the company’s SOP to support Finance operations and enable accurate statistical analysis.
• Conduct post-tour follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify potential future opportunities.
• Ensure all feedback is well-organized and communicated to the product team for continuous improvement.
• Assist in marketing activities as required, contributing to promotional efforts and brand awareness initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Background in the travel agency, airline, or hospitality industry preferred
• Well-travelled, with personal experience in at least 15 countries
• Strong passion for travel and solid knowledge of global destinations
• Sales-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
