Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement e-commerce strategies, evaluate new distribution opportunities, and manage online enquiry sales leads from website and social ads.
  • Collaborate with Product Planners, Creatives, Content, and Marketing & Analytics specialists to set up and promote new key products and destinations across digital Omni-Channels.
  • Manage own Travel Agent’s website & CRM, digital marketing, and search and social media campaigns to ensure consistent and effective online engagement with potential and existing customers.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising to increase traffic and sales.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels to boost sales.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and manage e-commerce partnerships, marketplaces, and third-party integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, hospitality, travel, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Travel Agent or Tourism Trade Systems, OB Data, TMS, or familiarity with OTAs portals is a strong advantage.
