As a member of the Virtuoso Luxury Travel Network, specializing in luxury and experiential travel, you will have the opportunity to work internationally- corresponding with luxury travel suppliers across the globe and partner with global luxury brands.

Job Function

As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for crafting bespoke travel itineraries, offering personalized service, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our esteemed clients.

Responsibility

1) Client Consultation (B2C / B2B)

- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and expectations

- Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and unique experiences that align with their preferences.

- Manage full sales cycle – from inquiry to closure and

- Post-event follow up (Group Bookings)

2) Itinerary Design:

- Create customized travel itineraries that include luxury accommodations, private tours, exclusive experiences, and personalized services.

- Ensure that each itinerary reflects the client’s desires and exceeds their expectations in terms of luxury, exclusivity, and personalization.

3) Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers (Hotels / DMC)

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and during their travels.

4) Market Research:

- Stay up-to-date with luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and new luxury products or services.

- Continuously explore new opportunities to enhance the company’s offerings and stay ahead of market trends.

- Procure hotels contract rates which are relevant to company’s profile

5) Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential high-net-worth clients and corporate client

- Procure own leads through self- developed and managed lead generation program.

- Conduct leads generation via Cold Call and other prospecting methods

- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets

6) Quality Assurance:

- Monitor client feedback and reviews to ensure the highest levels of service and satisfaction.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of travel experiences offered.

7) Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Travel related studies
  • Min 1 year experience in product development within the travel industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Sales is preferred.
  • Prior experience in MICE Sales is a bonus.
  • Experience in using GDS.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and adept multitasking skills.
  • Diligent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving travel business environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work on weekend / Public Holidays when necessary
