Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Audit Associate to conduct fieldwork across multiple sites as part of our annual audit programme. You will perform process walkthroughs, document reviews and testing to assess compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

You will interview personnel, verify evidence, review action plans and prepare comprehensive audit working papers. Travel to various locations and strict adherence to deadlines are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in related discipline.
• Experience in audit, compliance, or governance preferred.
• Certifications in audit/assurance are an advantage.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and review records.
• Strong report-writing, observations and evidence skills.
• Meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audit fieldwork across multiple sites as part of annual programme.
• Perform process walkthroughs, site observations, document reviews and tests to assess compliance with regulatory, licensing and contractual requirements.
• Conduct structured interviews with relevant personnel to understand processes and validate controls.
• Verify, assess and document supporting evidence in accordance with approved audit procedures and checklists.
• Review selected corrective actions arising from previous audit findings and assess whether issues have been addressed.
• Prepare and maintain complete, accurate and well-organised audit working papers.
• Document factual audit observations, findings and supporting evidence for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and summaries of audit findings.
• Ensure audit activities are carried out professionally, objectively and in accordance with established methodologies and timelines.
• Support coordination of audit activities across multiple locations.
