Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to ensure work orders and materials are received and distributed to production in a timely and efficient manner.
• Liaise with customers on delivery commitments and develop delivery plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure work orders are picked and dispatched on time.
• Plan and implement improvements in internal and external logistics flow and processes.
• Provide timely updates and communication to the delivery team on schedules and changes.
• Analyze delivery delays and interruptions; coordinate with the delivery team to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate reports on delivery activities and schedules.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy warehouse environment at all times.
• Organize and housekeep storage locations to maximize capacity and ease of picking.

Inventory Responsibilities:

• Segregate unsalable goods in designated quarantine areas.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts based on scheduled inventory plans.
