Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and no prior working experience required.
• Able to work well in a team, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
• Able to start work at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers.
• Plan and assign transport jobs to drivers.
• Monitor trucking progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer SLAs.
• Communicate with drivers and handle their feedback and concerns.
• Coordinate closely with customer service for all customer's trucking.
• Ensure all drivers adhere to all safety regulations at all times.
