Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage intercompany planning from plant to plant and distribution centers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and Logistics Service Provider for shipments.
  • Daily and monthly KPI reporting.

YOUR ROLE

To support the Transportation Logistics in Day-to-Day Operation:

  • Manage intercompany planning from plant to Plant, Subcon, Distribution center
  • Manage Urgency shipment validation & execution
  • Discrepancies management
  • Coordinate with warehouse, Logistics Service Provider to ensure shipment execute as per plan
  • Freight Settlement - Invoice validation, accrual, KPI
  • Managing and reviewing service delivery performance, KPIs with 3rd Party Logistics
  • Daily / Monthly KPI Reporting
  • Site Service/ Material Inventory / Audits
  • RFQ / Tender
  • Projects related to Transportation Logistics
  • Shipment execution process (sending booking request, track trace for shipment status,

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Min. ITE or Diploma holders in Logistics or equivalent
  • Preferably min 1 year of experience in Transportation Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or a related field for Diploma holders, and min 3 years of experience for ITE graduates.
  • Knowledge in SAP system
  • Advance Excel, power point skill
  • Project management experience & skill
  • Positive, enthusiasm and strong personality
  • Strong commitment
  • Ability to handle stress and good time management
  • Guidance and in-house training are provided
  • Candidate must be to work on shift (Sun - Thurs 8.30am - 6.15pm , Tues - Sat 8.30am - 6.15pm)
