Transport Coordinator (Immediate/East)

The incumbent will perform general duties of order processing coordination with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations.

What you will do

• Operates according to company’s quality policy and in compliance to customer’s service standard.

• Meets basic and routine requirements of internal (immediate supervisor) and external (customers and forwarders).

• Communicates and liaises with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders.

• Updates distribution database and network.

• Maintains and files documentation.

• May need to support operations if there are any urgent orders.

Do you have what it takes?

• At least 1 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in a transport/freight/haulage environment.

• Good PC and office skills.

• Sensitive to details and accuracy.

• Good communication skills.

• Class 2B driving license is required as coordinator may need to cover for urgent delivery if needed.

• Comfortable working at 1 Greenwich Drive.

Working Hours:

• Able to commit to rotational day and night shifts:
  Day shift: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm + half Saturday/Sunday 8.30am to 12.30pm.
  Night shift: Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am + half Saturday/Sunday 9pm to 1am.
