Job summary

A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a Japanese-Speaking Secretary in Singapore. The role involves supporting the management team with communications, report writing, and interpretations between Japanese and English. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, preferably in construction, and must be fluent in both languages. This position offers transportation from designated MRT stations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 'O' level qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Preferably with experience in the construction industry.
  • Technical engineering knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N3), including listening, writing, and speaking skills.
  • JLPT N2 or higher and additional working experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willing to work in Tuas area with transportation provided from designated MRT stations.

  4. Taking Minutes of Meetings.
  5. Demonstrating good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate accurately, promptly, effectively, and professionally with internal and external parties.
