Qualifications

• PhD qualification in Biology, Biological Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• Experience in therapeutic development and preclinical evaluation of candidate therapeutics in relevant biological systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of experimental datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively to ensure timely execution of research projects.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new techniques and skills quickly.
• Able to identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute innovative approaches to research objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct translational research focused on therapeutic development for inflammatory skin diseases.
• Drive therapeutic development using mouse models, mammalian cell culture, molecular biology, and related techniques.
• Design, execute, and optimize experiments to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and mechanism of action.
• Engage in collaborative, multidisciplinary research projects with internal and external collaborators.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret findings, and prepare reports, presentations, and scientific summaries.
