Responsibilities

  • Drive therapeutic development using mouse models, mammalian cell culture, molecular biology, and related techniques.

Job Summary

We are seeking for candidates to work in a collaborative research environment focused on advancing therapeutic development for inflammatory skin diseases including atopic dermatitis. The successful candidates will be part of a multidisciplinary team driving translational research from mechanistic discovery through therapeutic evaluation, contributing to studies centered on dysregulated inflammatory pathways and skin barrier defects that underlie the pathology of multiple skin diseases

Roles and Responsibilites
  • Conduct translational research focused on therapeutic development for inflammatory skin diseases.
  • Drive therapeutic development using mouse models, mammalian cell culture, molecular biology, and related experimental techniques.
  • Design, execute, and optimize experiments to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and mechanism of action.
  • Engage in collaborative, multidisciplinary research projects with internal and external collaborators.
  • Analyze experimental data, interpret findings, and prepare reports, presentations, and scientific summaries of research outcomes.
  • Document all research activities accurately and maintain detailed and organized experimental records.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and develop experimental methodologies and laboratory workflows.
  • Drive manuscript preparation and presentation of research findings to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • PhD qualification in Biology, Biological Chemistry, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in therapeutic development and preclinical evaluation of candidate therapeutics in relevant biological systems.
