Job Highlight
- Contract basis
- 24/7 standby required
- Support after office hours/weekends will be required during peak season
- Meetings during odd hours are common as the employee will deal with customers from other countries in different time zones
Job Scope
- Holds accountability for project schedule, scope and resources utilization performance and the achievement of project objectives
- Involvement in Infra and Software project business requirement gathering and ensure result are fulfilled customers requirement.
- Map out overall project execution plan
- Track actual cost & schedule against baseline budget and plan
- Manage customer’s requirements and project scope
- Deliver timely and quality outputs based on defined processes
- Provide periodic/regular and accurate updates and maintain effective communication channels with customers
- Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders
- Manage issues & risks and ensure timely escalation
- Present and report to multiple stakeholders regarding project status and keep
- Ability to manage concurrent tasks
Job Requirement
- Minimally 4 to 5 years working experience in IT industry
- Minimally 2 years experience in Infrastructure and Software project management
- Must have experience in IT Network Infrastructure
- Experienced in working with not only local customers/vendors but worldwide (global experience needed)
- Ability to oversee and manage several projects at the same time
- Performed as a project team lead will be a plus point
- Must be willing to perform standby and ability to attend global meetings during odd hours
