Transit Technology Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders for matters relating to Access/PT/SID/BuilT-In topics
  • Design and review of network architecture design for Access/PT/SID/BuilT-In application and unofficial release/non-standard products
  • Supporting the regional operation and fulfilment of the Access/PT/SID/ BuilT-In portfolio
  • Provide first and second level support on all Access/PT/SID/BuilT-In installation and commissioning issues as well as support of unofficial release and non-standard product/design product.
  • Support Sales Engineers and Application Engineers to specify the right network approach and corresponding materials in according to project’s requirements
  • Support of traffic related matters within the region
  • Coordinate with the R&D department for support of PT/SID/Access/BuilT-In related issues
  • Review and update of training documentation for the upskilling of competence (such as PM/PE, Sales, SED, PT team etc.)
  • Conduct trainings, assessments and workshop (if required) for upskilling of competence and prepare necessary documentation
  • Conduct monthly meeting/annual PORT audit for the respective OC and require to hold meeting with OC’s management team for corresponding actions
  • Provide support to the team for integration enquiries/issues pertaining to integration Access/PT/SID with other parties
  • Provide supports on offer and order enquiry for NI/MOD/EI projects
  • Actively involve on any new business/product developments to cater JSG’s markets needs.
  • Support Sales and marketing events

Mobility needs you

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or in other related fields from recognized institution
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar field/scope
  • Able to travel (overseas) if required and on short notice
