Job summary

Hitachi Energy Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager - Transformers to lead and deliver transformer projects from initiation to close. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality while coordinating with global teams and customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, 5–7 years of transformer/high voltage project experience, and PMP or equivalent certification. Proficiency in SAP, MS Project, Outlook and Visio is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in transformer/high voltage equipment.
• PMP certification or equivalent is required.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across global locations.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Project, Outlook, Visio.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution per scope, schedule, and cost with quality and safety.
• Develop and manage schedules and documentation, coordinate with teams and customers.
• Act as primary contact, ensure contractual commitments and foster trust.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations; coordinate FAT and dispatch clearances.
• Report status to stakeholders and manage cost trends and invoicing.
