Job summary

Hoya is seeking an entry-level Change & Transformation Analyst to help articulate and enable our HR transformation agenda globally. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR or Psychology (or related).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise communications.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with attention to structure and detail.
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools and systems.
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn across subject areas.
• Able to work effectively with stakeholders across functions, cultures and levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of communication and engagement plans for transformation initiatives.
• Translate strategies and changes into clear communications for different audiences.
• Develop high-quality communications across channels and create user guides and guides.
• Structure information so employees and HR can access resources easily.
• Tailor communications to stakeholder groups and collaborate with SMEs.
• Support change activities and develop enablement materials such as guides and trainings.
• Coordinate briefings, trainings, launches and other change interventions.
• Gather feedback to identify questions and opportunities for improvement.
• Support measurement of engagement and adoption where appropriate.
• Assist planning and delivery of initiatives across the transformation portfolio.
• Coordinate activities, timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Support governance, reporting and materials for stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and new ways of working.
• Collaborate with HR technology teams and other stakeholders for successful implementation.
