We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join as a Transfer Agency, Product Delivery Senior Business Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the delivery of key Transfer Agency (TA) Product initiatives across APAC, focusing on Singapore, collaborating with Senior Stakeholders and other functions from inception to delivery, ensuring proper reporting and governance.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Product, Operations, and Technology teams, including vendors, to ensure cohesive and timely delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Represent Singapore in TA-related projects and serve as a key contact for regional stakeholders.
• Design and oversee outsourced activities.
• Report project timelines, milestones, and OKRs to sponsors and outcome owners.
• Promote accountable governance aligned with Group practices and foster an environment of inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and trust, assisting teams in planning and removing barriers.
• Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and forward-thinking, aligned with Group Values and Strategy.
