Job description

• Position : Transaction Manager/Credit Analyst - [SME Financing | Automotive Financing]

• Location : Sin Ming Drive

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Automotive/Automobile

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing credit reviews for existing borrowers.

• Communicate with borrowers regarding credit requests and account maintenance.

• Secure approvals for deviations from standard documentation.

• Manage real estate financing documentation processes.

• Coordinate operational requirements between borrowers, financiers, and investors.

• Collaborate with borrowers and third parties (lawyers, valuers, insurers) to ensure compliance with financing terms.

• Track repayments, fee income, and interest collections.

• Handle collateral release or security discharge upon loan redemption.

• Monitor submission of covenants and conditions (if applicable).

• Maintain and safeguard financing agreements and related documents.

• Follow up with borrowers to ensure timely repayments.

• Assist in restructuring distressed loans.

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably from the business / finance / accounts discipline

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial banking and/or Small & Medium Enterprise financing

• Experience in credit/documentation with good report writing skills

• Experience in communication with external parties (i.e. lawyers, regulatory bodies and service providers)

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
