Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operate the tram along the designated route and provide commentary to enhance the guest experience.
2. Crowd management and ushering at stations. Assist with guest inquiries/feedback.
3. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above.
2. Class 3/3A Driving License required.
3. Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills.
4. Good presentation skills, confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
5. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
6. Ensure safety and service standards are always met.
