Job description

Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop training solutions that meet business needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure training initiatives contribute to the overall business strategies.
  • Design and Develop New courseware, tailoring existing materials to specific industries (contextualization) or organizations (customization).
  • Manage associate developers, and create course proposals for modular, integrated, and full qualification courses for SSG approval, as well as non-WSQ courses for client approval in accordance with LHUB standards.
  • Conduct regular course reviews and collaborate with the product team to engage training partners, clients, and customers, supporting funding approvals and content development.
  • Manage training and trainer management, ensuring quality and consistency across all training activities.
  • Optimising training processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA or ACLP and DACE or DDDLP.
  • Proven track record of training program development and management.
  • Proven experience in training and development sector curriculum (Skills Framework such as Security, Environmental Services, Land transport), preferably in a multi-sector organization.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficient with data analytics and Microsoft suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning technologies.
  • A passion for training and development, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
