A leading life insurance organization is seeking an experienced Training Manager for a maternity cover contract. The role involves delivering various training programs, developing materials, and managing logistics to enhance the competency of the sales force in a fast-paced environment.
Training Manager (Maternity Cover)
Contract till 30 Jun 2026
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.15pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
We’re looking for an experienced Training Manager to join a leading life insurance organization on a contract basis. In this role, you will lead and deliver training programmes that build competency, confidence, and compliance across a professional sales force.
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging training sessions on insurance products and concepts for new and existing staff
• Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials in line with regulatory and company changes
• Organise and run workshops, clinics, and e-learning modules
• Manage training logistics, scheduling, and content coordination
• Design blended learning curriculums using digital tools and platforms
• Communicate clearly with learners and stakeholders to meet learning outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• CMFAS certifications (M5, M9, M9A, HI)
• Additional certifications (AFP, AFC, CFP, ChFC) are a plus
• Proven training experience in the Insurance or Banking industry
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Skilled in digital content creation and blended learning delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
