  3. Equipment & Facilities
    • Conduct thorough pre- and post-operation checks on excavators, lifting devices, and tools.
    • Coordinate routine equipment servicing and ensure training areas are kept clean, safe, and organized at all times.
    • Ensure all tools and machinery are ready and operational before each training session.
  4. Assessment & Documentation
    • Evaluate and track trainee performance during practical exercises, maintaining accurate and complete training records.
    • Submit timely and properly documented assessment forms, feedback, and reports in line with ATTC standards.
  5. Flexibility & Support
    • Provide training sessions during evenings or weekends when required by operational needs.
    • Work effectively with the Senior Trainer and broader ATTC team to support additional programmes and ad hoc duties.
    • Demonstrate adaptability and commitment to delivering outdoor training in varying Singapore weather conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Certified in heavy machinery operations (e.g., hydraulic excavation/lifting) or construction/WSH training.
  • ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) or ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in training, supervision, or operations involving heavy machinery or construction worksites.
  • Familiar with BCA training requirements and ATTC operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of safety management and risk assessment.
  • Effective communicator, capable of engaging and instructing multicultural audiences as required.
  • Well-organized, able to follow structured workflows, complete documentation accurately, and adapt to varied schedules.
  • Ability to demonstrate and explain technical concepts clearly in both classroom and field settings.
  • Basic proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, online training systems) for training delivery and record-keeping.
