Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage curriculum development and training activities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in HR, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include developing training materials, coordinating training sessions, and managing the Learning Management System. Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

Curriculum and System Development

· Coordinator for OJT system and assist in the development of its blueprint.

· Develop refresher materials based on WSQ training materials and Company Circulatory

· To review WSQ course materials periodically to ensure its effectiveness

· Identify and recommend training needs of departments by continuous communication with department heads.

· Brief and orientate trainers on WSQ training course deliverables before they conduct any WSQ training

· Follow up on pre and post evaluation of training programs to ensure their effectiveness.

· Recommend and plan training activities including in-house and external training, workshop and courses.

· Work with vendor on the development of e-Learning design and content

· Management of Learning Management System (LMS) which includes enrolment, monitoring, and tracking

· Support trainers to conduct trainings for multiple locations in Singapore.

Requirements

· Diploma in Human Resource Management/Training or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in training design, development, delivery experience or related field preferred.

· Possess in-depth knowledge on vocational training and experience in a newly set-up environment

· ACLP certification is preferred.
