A leading recruitment company is seeking a Training Manager to oversee sales training systems and programs for its affiliates across the APAC region. The successful candidate will have over five years of experience in the Lubricants or automotive industry and will work on developing and enhancing training programs. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, and the role requires travel within the Asia Pacific region to support training initiatives.
Job Description
1. Manage sales training system for each affiliate staff in APAC
Create an annual activity plan with contract instructors and each affiliate members
Coordinate planned training logistics with contract instructors and each affiliate staff
Support post-training reporting and feedback collection
Participants: Prior homework and Action plan after training, Evaluation of courses of participants, share evaluation with each affiliate management
Monitor training effectiveness and support follow-up activities
2. Maintenance of training systems and programs
Collect new effective training content information from feedback etc and suggest updates to existing training programs
Communicate with affiliates to identify training needs
Update the overall training system from time to time
3. Technical Training Support
Help organize participant lists and test logistics
Assist in compiling test results and preparing certificates Organize participant list, summary of test results, preparation of pass certificate shipping
4. Training participant data management
Maintain and update training participant record (Sales training, technical training)
Update participant lists personal details (departments, personnel in charge, title grades, etc.) and training results and history
5. Create, update, and manage training materials and data
Create, store, and manage the text for each training program
Manage the tools attached to each training program and tools used in the past
6. Manage and plan the training budget
Track training-related expenses
Provide input for training budget planning (Lecturer cost, travel cost, translation/interpretation cost, etc.)
7. Coordinate with related suppliers in Training, instructors, translators, interpreters, training tool suppliers and propose to company for approval
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Lubricants / automotive industry / Chemical industry
Interested to transition into supporting role, to planning and development of training program to build up the sales and Lubricants product knowledge for APAC employees.
Willing to travel (Asia Pacific region)
Good communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders from many nationalities
Good interrelation skills, Analytical thinking, Individual contributor
