A leading company in the aerospace industry seeks a Training Executive responsible for planning and delivering training for MRO staff. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing training systems, and promoting continuous improvement. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience and a degree in a relevant field.

The Training Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering, and monitoring technical and non-technical training programs for staff within the MRO organization. This role ensures that all personnel meet regulatory, safety, and competency requirements in line with industry standards and company objectives.
· Training Coordination:
o Develop, schedule, and manage training plans for technical and support staff including aircraft Product Engineers, Technicians and inspectors.
o Maintain a training calendar and ensure timely execution of mandatory and refresher programs.
· Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure training programs comply with aviation authority regulations (e.g., CAAS, EASA, FAA Part 145 etc.).
o Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audits and inspections.
o Support in preparation for audits by authorities or customers, providing relevant training data and reports.
· Training Development & Delivery:
o Assist in designing training modules for safety, quality, human factors, and technical upskilling.
o Support onboarding programs for new employees,
o Conduct or coordinate internal training sessions including induction, recurrent, and specialized training programs.
o Liaise with OE for technical/product training.
· Training Systems & Records:
o Manage Learning Management Systems (Wizlearn) and training databases (Skillsbuilder)
o Track training completions, expirations, and certifications to ensure personnel are qualified for assigned roles.
o Generate periodic training reports and performance metrics.
· Continuous Improvement:
o Evaluate training effectiveness of the program and trainer and recommend improvements.
o Stay updated with regulatory changes, new technology, and industry best practices.
o Support the development of a culture of safety and continuous learning within the organization.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination, preferably in an aviation or MRO environment.
· Minimum Degree in Business or Engineering (Aerospace/ Aviation) related.
· Understanding of MRO operations and aviation safety regulations.
· Familiarity with EASA, FAA, or other national aviation authority training requirements.
· Proficient in using training management software or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
· Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and HR departments.
· Previous experience in a Part-145 or Part-147 training environment.
· Train the trainer qualification
· Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audit practices will be an added advantage
