Job Overview

You will be responsible for the training in the shipping and hospitality industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop training materials tailored to operational needs, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.

• Training needs mapping and platform identification.

• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and assessments.

• Perform other ad hoc tasks related to training and development as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic video editing tools is a plus.

• Experience in hospitality and shipping industries is an advantage.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
