A leading education provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative support specialist. Responsibilities include managing training courses and materials, supporting product managers, and coordinating with trainees. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a training executive role within the sustainability or WSH sector. Proficiency in Microsoft software is essential.
• Provide administrative support for the learning solutionist and product managers.
• Management of trainers for sector skills, including onboarding, renewal etc.
• Management of training courses and material, including system setup, ensure currency etc.
• Perform Auditee role in internal/ external audit/ manage evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with trainees for special projects.
• Coordinate with OPS team on course administration requirements.
• Prepare payment process for developers, partners, etc.
Requirements:
• Possess a Diploma
• Experience in training executive role in sustainability/ WSH sector
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient with Microsoft suite of software
