Business Continuity Planning Asia Pte Ltd (BCP Asia) is a professional consulting and training company specialised in Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk, Crisis Management, Organisational Resilience and Disaster Recovery. We assist our clients to implement the management systems as well as conduct trainings on a regular basis for both in-house or public runs. Headquartered in Singapore, our clientele comes from all industries ranging from multinationals, government to local firms.

To increase awareness and create a platform for industry trends, practices, and experience sharing, BCP Asia also organises events such as seminars and conferences for our clients, partners, and industry practitioners.

Your roles and responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule events and training sessions.
  • Handle course enquiries and the course enrollment process.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders such as trainers and learners.
  • Manage on-site event deployment operations to ensure seamless and efficient execution. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

You should have:

  • Diploma in Business or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
