Job description

• Company located at Tuas

• Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm

Job Scope

  • Partnering with other executives to uncover, understand, and gain support for leadership development solutions connected to complex organizational growth strategies.

  • Responsible for all training for staff and managers, such as inducting new staff into the organisation and supporting managers to ensure all mandatory and core training is completed during probation.

  • To support managers with all management development training in their role.

  • Support, coordinate daily activities with adherence to rules, regulations & policies.

  • Plan suitable training, learning and development needs and career development for staff.

  • Arranging the maintenance and up keeping of company premises.

  • Assist in the procurement of goods and services required by the department.

  • Outlines how an organisation develops its workforce's capabilities, skills and competencies

  • Improve employees' skills and knowledge over time, ensuring that L&D initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives.

  • Other related duties, as assigned.

Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / HR or equivalent

  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in similar role
