Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee enterprise training programs, ensuring seamless execution of new employee orientation, capacity improvement initiatives, general skills training, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate closely with different teams to identify training needs and design comprehensive programs
  • Contribute actively to the development and optimization of our curriculum system and trainer resources to ensure our training initiatives yield maximum impact.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven adjustments to continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to trainers and facilitators, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, positioning learning and development as a strategic driver of organizational success.
  • Cultivate a positive learning environment that promotes engagement and encourages employees to adopt new skills and knowledge eagerly.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches into our training strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements governing our training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise training, with a diverse range of training modules under your belt.
  • Required to travel out of Singapore for Training as & when necessary
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of actively contributing to curriculum and trainer system optimization.
  • Showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong working relationships and facilitating engaging training sessions.
  • Display strong organizational and analytical abilities, adopting a data-driven approach to learning and development.
  • Embody a motivated and reliable work ethic, contributing positively to our workplace culture.
