Job description

• Salary up to $7,000 with AWS + Bonus

• Working location at Jurong East

• DACE or DDDLP is a MUST

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of engaging adult learning curriculums and training programmes that meet industry and learner needs

• Work closely with senior curriculum developers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to co-create impactful learning experiences

• Assist in reviewing and enhancing existing content based on feedback from learners, trainers, and industry stakeholders

• Ensure all curriculum materials align with educational quality standards and adult learning principles

• Conduct research on industry trends and training needs to contribute ideas for new programmes

• Help coordinate curriculum development processes and documentation in line with regulatory and organisational requirements

• Participate in regular curriculum team meetings to track progress and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (4+ years) in curriculum development and management within the education or training sector

• Demonstrable track record of designing and implementing successful, innovative educational programmes

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories and emerging educational technologies

• Excellent strategic planning, project management and problem-solving skills
