Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and development of engaging adult learning curriculums and training programmes that meet industry and learner needs
Work closely with senior curriculum developers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to co-create impactful learning experiences
Assist in reviewing and enhancing existing content based on feedback from learners, trainers, and industry stakeholders
Ensure all curriculum materials align with educational quality standards and adult learning principles
Conduct research on industry trends and training needs to contribute ideas for new programmes
Help coordinate curriculum development processes and documentation in line with regulatory and organisational requirements
Participate in regular curriculum team meetings to track progress and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Extensive experience (4+ years) in curriculum development and management within the education or training sector
Demonstrable track record of designing and implementing successful, innovative educational programmes
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories and emerging educational technologies
Excellent strategic planning, project management and problem-solving skills
