Oversee staff deployment, provide leadership support, and ensure the effective operation of the Training and Learning Management System (TLMS), resolving technical issues with support teams.
Manage scope of work changes, review and enhance SOPs and procedures for efficiency, and support management reporting and internal/external audits with accurate data.
Lead and coordinate the successful delivery of services, ensuring contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
Serve as the main point of contact between the team and client, ensuring clear communication and strong client relations.
Requirements:
Min Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
Min. 3 years of Training cum Operations Experience in Education Industry.
Possess knowledge in PSEA, UTAP, SFC and various training grants will be an added advantage.
