Job description

Center Support

  • As an important liaison between Eye Level Franchisor and Franchisee
  • Ensure franchisees’ operations comply with the franchisor’s policies and standard operating procedures
  • Brainstorm possible ways to help Franchisees to further grow their business and find solutions to Franchisee’s problems.
  • Perform periodic visits to the Franchisees’ premises (at least 4 times per year); observe the operation, and the management of the center and conduct consultation for continuous improvement at the center and follow up on improvement steps.
  • Assist/advise Franchisees on any complaints received by or from any customer in relation to the operation of Eye Level Learning Centre
  • Support Franchisees on new & current product launching/ marketing campaigns, ensuring Franchisees understand and know how to communicate to parents on new programs/ marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure Franchisees' marketing collaterals are according to HQ’s design and requirement.

Marketing Support

  • Plans to communicate to parents about new products via various channels, letters, mobile apps, and FB.
  • Set and draft SMS messages to Franchisees on important announcements
  • Review/proofread Notification to Parents/ letters to inform parents/ Franchisees on any new policies of Eye Level learning center.

General Support

  • Participate in the meetings to review results from center visits, discuss issues faced by Franchisees and find solutions for them.
  • Assist in the planning of yearly Direction Seminar and participate in other outreach activities/events
  • To assist Country Manager in various aspects of operations including franchise operations and development, product development, outlet promotions, and other ad-hoc promotional activities

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of computer applications including Excel, Word, and e-mail applications with an aptitude to learn internal computer systems to perform critical job functions
  • Excellent ability to multi-task
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
  • High energy and positive can-do attitude
  • Strong leadership skills and operations management experience
  • Willingness to travel (Singapore)
