A leading company is seeking a Training Administrator for a temporary role of 3 to 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing training sessions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain experience in a dynamic environment.
The Training Administrator will be responsible for administration, coordination and supporting the execution of training programs across the organization. This role ensures that training activities are well-documented to meet organizational and compliance standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule, organize, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Maintain training records and databases (attendance, certifications, evaluations).
Handle communication with trainees and trainers (reminders, materials, feedback).
Assist in the development and formatting of training materials and presentations.
Track training compliance and completion status for employees.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) data entry and reporting.
Process training-related invoices, bookings, and other logistics.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
This is a 3 to 6 months temporary role and candidate must commit at least 3 months.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
