As a Executive, Learning Support for the Operations team, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing essential technical and administrative support to ensure our training courses are always top-tier. This isn't just a desk job; you'll be actively involved in shaping the future workforce of a vital industry!

What You'll Do (And Learn!):

Training Operations – Be the Backbone of Learning!

  • Logistics Ace: Plan and coordinate all resources for training programs, from technical equipment setup to ensuring our training spaces are always ready for action.

  • Data Dynamo: Accurately upload and submit trainee results, issue certificates, and meticulously track important documents, all while adhering to WSQ and Training Centre standards.

  • Quality Champion: Support our Service Quality Unit and contribute to maintaining our high standards.

  • Project Power-Up: Take on exciting ad-hoc duties and projects that expand your skill set.

Business Development – Spark Growth & Innovation!

  • Outreach & Events Enthusiast: Help with marketing and outreach initiatives, including exciting events, seminars, and career roadshows that boost our presence and attract more trainees.

  • Team Player: Support various corporate activities and events organized by ASPRI, getting a holistic view of our operations.

Supplier Management – Build Strong Partnerships!

  • Negotiation Navigator: Source, negotiate, and monitor the performance of our partners and vendors, ensuring everyone meets our high technical and service standards. Your feedback will be key!

Quality Management – Uphold Excellence!

  • System Steward: Maintain and track items within our robust training quality management system.

  • Audit Assistant: Help prepare for audits and other regulatory requirements, ensuring we always meet accreditation body standards.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A Diploma holder (preferably in Training and Adult Education – but we're open to other fields if you're keen to learn!).

  • Knowledge of WSQ Skills Connect and TMS system is a bonus, but not essential – we'll teach you what you need to know!

  • Highly adaptable, able to work independently and thrive as part of a collaborative team.

  • Excellent communicator with a genuine passion for customer service.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new IT applications.

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evening (estimated twice a month) and weekend (estimated once a month) shifts – we offer generous perks for your flexibility!

  • Work Location: Jalan Papan (with convenient shuttle pickup from Chinese Garden MRT).
