Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior office administration experience preferred.

- Handle training administration duties for external providers.
- Liaise with departments for processing PO requests and payment invoices.
- Ensure compliance with local government legislation.

Responsibility
- Handling training administration duties for training with external training providers, including monitoring on training request by jobsite, registration with training provider, confirmation of course registration, arrangement of certificate collection & distribution to respective jobsite.
- Liaise with respective departments for the processing of PO request (Procurement), processing of payment for invoices, allocation of training grant received and update of status of invoices in the Goods Receipt System (Finance Dept).
- Monitoring of completion / renewal for Licensing Course with expiry / timeline of completion, eg: CSOC, Coretrade, etc.
- Manage data, training records & upload of certificate into in-house Training Administration system (eStaffPortal), as well as other system administration (user access, enhancement of system, etc).
- Support for weekend training logistic arrangement for ATO class(es).
- Ensure compliance with local government legislation (eg. Employment Act, Foreign Manpower Act, Workplace Safety) and ISS corporate governance polices.

Requirement
