You will be a key team player to deliver effective and efficient training administrative and operations services to support the client’s business objectives and operations.

Be Part of Our Success

· Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the system(s).

· Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.

· Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.

· Adhere to existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.

· Undertake additional tasks as required.

· Other ad-hoc projects may be required

Qualities We Value

· Diploma in any discipline.

· Experience and knowledge in similar industry and the various training grants, such as PSEA, UTAP, SFC is preferred

· Customer service oriented.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
