  • ACTA – plan, design, deploy, facilitate and conduct training

  • MANUFACTURING TRAINING MANUAL

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing short-term and long-term training initiatives to improve work culture, technical skills, and operational efficiency.

  • Providing advice on T&D (TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT) methodologies to key stakeholders.

  • Managing the T&D budget and maximizing government funding through agencies like WSG, SBF, and e2i.

  • Developing and implementing technical skills frameworks, conducting Training Needs Analysis, and formulating training plans.

  • Assessing technical skills competencies and working with business leaders to address gaps.

  • Promoting continuous training and development to keep employees aligned with industry trends and career growth.

  • Optimizing and improving T&D processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, certifications, and company policies.

  • Customizing training materials to meet departmental objectives and working with managers to identify key skills needs.

  • Creating courses to track skill and competency attainment.

  • Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g. ACTA, CPLP, CPTM)

  • Experience with eLearning development tools or platforms
