Job Description:

As a Trainer at HAP Global, you will be responsible for delivering facial and body treatment training to resellers and professionals, supporting onboarding, and maintaining high standards of technical support. You will also contribute to content development and documentation to support internal training materials.

You must be comfortable working independently in a lean team environment and be confident in hands-on technique demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver in-person and virtual training for facial and body treatment protocols

· Conduct product training for skincare and massage equipment

· Demonstrate facial massage, body massage, and device usage

· Provide post-sales technical support and respond to treatment-related questions

· Assist in developing training materials (manuals, SOPs, slides, and videos)

· Support marketing and educational workshops or events when required

· Keep up to date with new products, techniques, and protocols

Job Requirements:

· At least 3 years of experience in a trainer, senior therapist, or educator role in the skincare, aesthetics, or wellness industry

· Strong hands-on skills in facial techniques and skincare

· Basic understanding of body massage or wellness treatments is essential

· Confident in guiding others through technical demonstrations or treatment protocols

· Experience in creating or using training content such as SOPs or manuals

· Open to learning TCM-based techniques (e.g., gua sha, meridian massage, cupping)

· Fluent in English and Mandarin (for training delivery to Chinese-speaking clients)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

· Independent, reliable, and adaptable to a small business environment

Workplace Location:

Singapore (travel to client locations required occasionally)
