Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated trainer to onboard new technicians and engineers in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on delivering on-the-job training, coaching for safety, quality, and SOPs, and identifying gaps to accelerate early productivity on the floor. The position requires strong coaching abilities, good understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to work full-time on the manufacturing floor and in cleanroom settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or related production.
• Strong coaching, training, and people development skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working full-time on the manufacturing floor and in cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

Our Client is one of the leader in Semicon industry, they are hiring a trainer to train newly hired technician and engineers.

Contract: 12 months
Location: Upper Changi
Salary up to $3600
