to our Refinery Operations Shift Team in Neste Tuas, Singapore. Selected applicants will undergo a comprehensive classroom and practical training programme for a fixed term contract of 12 months to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a Trainee Technician in the Neste Singapore refinery. Upon successful completion and passing of the training programme, you will be appointed as a permanent Trainee Technician to perform safe and reliable operation of the refinery. Undertakes the competency development program of the assigned field area to perform routine tasks under the guidance of a competent senior or peer.
Proactively seeks for support from more experienced team members to drive their own learning.
Able to perform routine tasks independently after completion of the competency development program in the assigned field area.
Able to understand and apply Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) and prepare blinding plan for single equipment.
Graduates from Nitec / Diploma from any engineering discipline.
Male applicants must have completed National Service.
Willing to work 12 hrs rotating shift and comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
Able to collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively within the operations team.
