Overview

Involve in business development such as doing telemarketing to build up the customer’s database. Assist in companies’ recruitment needs. Working towards targets based on individuals and achieve the level of satisfaction. Offer advice to companies on market trend, labour market supply and pay rates. Giving of constructive feedbacks to the company.

Responsibilities

• Drafting up of advertisements in job portals such as online portals or newspaper to assist in Internal recruitment
• Arranging of interviews and collecting constructive feedback from the candidates once they have finished the interview with the company once the shortlisted candidates went through the interview so they can know the candidate’s interest level
• Answering of enquiries from applicants
• 1 to 1 Mentorship program designed especially for individual consultants
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Permanent / Contract / Temporary roles available
