Trainee Research Associate (Only Female Candidate)

Roles & Responsibilities: This role primarily focuses on research. The candidate will be involved in conducting market research surveys over the phone with respondents at national and international levels, including C-Levels, VPs, Directors, and Managers. Responsibilities include studying and analyzing client needs, performing secondary research, generating leads using various tools, directories, and websites, and conducting web-based and telephonic interviews across different geographies (CATI & CAWI). The role requires demonstrating teamwork, initiating in-depth interviews, handling multiple tasks with attention to detail, and designing project methodologies in coordination with the manager.

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (24*7) [Cabs provided].

Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday off).

Experience: Fresher candidates only.

Gender: Female.

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (B.com, BBA, MBA).

Competencies Required: Excellent oral communication skills, high patience level, solution-oriented approach, comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, open to rotational shifts.
