Join Us as a Trainee Program Assistant Manager – Singapore

We are looking for an energetic and well-organized Trainee Program Assistant Manager to spearhead our Client’s new Trainee Program in Singapore. This role will be pivotal in managing the recruitment, training, and growth of trainees, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources to thrive in the supply chain sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the recruitment and onboarding of trainees, working closely with HR to attract exceptional talent.

· Provide ongoing mentorship and support to trainees, addressing their needs and fostering their professional development.

· Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.

· Track trainee progress, deliver constructive feedback, and report outcomes to senior leadership.

· Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that promotes growth.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to align the program with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

· Experience in HR Operations and Learning & Development is a must.

· Demonstrated success in program management, talent development, or training coordination.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.

· A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for problem-solving and teamwork.
