Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction
Maintain store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Monitor store operation performance and ensure that inventory flow, demands and staff coaching are of standard.
To ensure all products are well stocked and follow merchandise display standards
1) You will start to serve walk-in customers
2) Handle cashier
3) Merchandising display
4) Maintain shop image
As times goes you will learned to;
1) Plan working schedules
2) Indent stocks
3) Manage a team of 4-5 retail assistant
Requirement:
Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and leadership qualities
Strong passion for customer service
Minimum 3-6 Months of retail experience
