Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction

  • Maintain store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

  • Monitor store operation performance and ensure that inventory flow, demands and staff coaching are of standard.

  • To ensure all products are well stocked and follow merchandise display standards

1) You will start to serve walk-in customers

2) Handle cashier

3) Merchandising display

4) Maintain shop image

As times goes you will learned to;

1) Plan working schedules

2) Indent stocks

3) Manage a team of 4-5 retail assistant

Requirement:

  • Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and leadership qualities

  • Strong passion for customer service

  • Minimum 3-6 Months of retail experience
