• Fresher to 2 years of experience, preferably in a startup.
• Legal degree specializing in Corporate or Business Law.
• Experience with IP rights is a plus.

Job Description

1. Prepare, review, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, partners, and employees.
2. Assist in registering and safeguarding the company's brand, logos, content, and tools through proper intellectual property (IP) procedures.
3. Review tender documents and support in preparing the legal sections of proposals.
4. Provide legal advice to clients during project work, within the scope of our services.
5. Identify legal risks, respond to legal notices, and help settle issues or disputes with clients or vendors.
6. Create standard legal templates, internal policies, and ensure all legal processes are in place as the company grows.

Requirements

1. Fresher to 2 years of experience, preferably in a startup or small business.
2. Legal Graduate, preferably BBA LLB / LLM / specialized in Corporate or Business Law.
3. Experience or exposure to startup environments and IP rights is a plus.
4. Good communication and documentation skills.
5. Ability to multitask, be proactive, prioritize, and work independently.
6. Eagerness to learn and grow with the startup.

Location

Chennai or Hosur (based on your preference).
