Smilepoint Dental Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Dental Surgery Assistant for a stable, long-term career with full training provided. No experience required. Enjoy a 5-day week with rotating shifts and weekend work, while learning clinical skills in a well-established practice.

You will prepare rooms, support the dentist chairside, handle sterilisation and help manage stock, with ongoing learning and structured progression.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• N/O levels preferred; nursing or caregiving background is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and keen to learn a clinical skill.
• Comfortable seated for chairside work and moving between patients.
• Able to commit to a rotating roster including one weekend day.

Job description

Looking for a stable, long-term career rather than just a job? Train as a Dental Surgery Assistant with a well-established dental group and grow with us. No experience required — we teach you everything.

Work schedule: 5-day work week on a rotating shift, including at least one weekend day. Two rest days every week. Day shifts 8:30am to 6:15pm. No night shifts. Clinics closed on public holidays.

What you'll do

• Prepare rooms, instruments and materials for each procedure

• Provide four-handed chairside support to the dentist

• Carry out sterilisation and infection control to clinical standards

• Help manage stock levels and ordering

What we're looking for

• Minimum N/O levels; a nursing or caregiving background is a plus (not required)

• Reliable, punctual and keen to learn a clinical skill

• Seated for chairside work, up and moving between patients. Comfortable working around blood and saliva.

• Able to commit to a rotating roster including one weekend day
